Hi, I'm Sean, owner and lead inspector at Mold Patrol of Texas.
My background in biochemistry and human health gives me a scientific foundation for understanding mold, moisture, and indoor environmental conditions. Before becoming a licensed Mold Assessment Consultant, I studied how biological systems work and how indoor environments can impact well being. That training guides my approach: thorough assessment, clear documentation, and practical guidance based on real evidence.
