This service is required after professional mold remediation to confirm the work area is safe for re-occupancy. A licensed Mold Assessment Consultant (MAC) conducts a visual assessment and air testing to verify that the contamination has been properly removed and no new issues have developed.
Includes:
Visual inspection of the remediated area(s)
Verification that containment and cleaning appear adequate
2 air samples (typically 1 inside, 1 outside) for mold spore analysis
Additional samples available for $75 each
Full PDF report including lab results and clearance determination
Best For:
Clients who have completed mold remediation and need an official clearance report to satisfy insurance, legal, or licensing requirements. This service is required before a remediator can legally remove containment in Texas.
